Neck Injury and Energy Levels
A bad fall off a roof last summer has led to continual neck pain for about 7 months now. I learned about the Kitchen Sink from a friend who was raving about how she felt on it, so I started on it 6 weeks ago. Well, my objective in taking this product was to maintain general health because I know my food doesn’t contain sufficient vitamins, but I was in for a big surprise. My neck stiffness and pain is almost gone!!! As a big bonus, my energy level shot through the roof. No more mid-afternoon drowsiness that I usually get after lunch.
I was a bit skeptical as I don’t generally believe in pills, but now I am hooked for life. One small caution, though. If I take them just before bed, I feel energized and don’t sleep well.

I have been using several brands of multivitamins for the past 10 years with no noticeable effect. I was supplementing with several other bottles of vitamins to reach reasonable levels. PMS Mood Swings
I think The Kitchen Sink is a miracle worker. For most of my life I haven’t taken much stock in the value of vitamins, but after The Kitchen Sink, I am a changed person. Fibromyalgia & No More Hot Flashes

I believe that it is much easier to prevent disease than to cure it after it strikes so I typically have a counter full of vitamins, antioxidants, anti-aging products, and minerals worth close to $300 per month. Now I have replaced all of them with one bottle of The Kitchen Sink and one bottle of TrueBlue, because they contain all these ingredients for a fraction of the price. Since I started on these two products it has increased my energy so that my gym workouts are more intense, I am measurably stronger, and I have been able to lose that last 12 lbs that has been plaguing me. Fatigue, Lack of Energy & Indigestion
The Kitchen Sink and True Blue Coral Calcium were recommended to me by a friend about six months ago. I was complaining of a high level of fatigue, lack of energy and bad cases of indigestion. At the beginning I really did not believe that a few pills of Vitamins and Coral Calcium would have a real positive effect on me. High Blood Pressure
