| I believe that it is much easier to prevent disease than to cure it after it strikes so I typically have a counter full of vitamins, antioxidants, anti-aging products, and minerals worth close to $300 per month. Now I have replaced all of them with one bottle of The Kitchen Sink and one bottle of TrueBlue, because they contain all these ingredients for a fraction of the price. Since I started on these two products it has increased my energy so that my gym workouts are more intense, I am measurably stronger, and I have been able to lose that last 12 lbs that has been plaguing me. Not sure whether it is the anti-aging ingredients boosting the mitochondria in my cells or what, but I have been trying for years with no results and now it is gone! am 45 years of age. A little over a month ago while lifting a box
of bottled water out of a shopping cart I severely tore my right
arm tendon in my upper forearm and the connecting lower bicep muscle,

for about 6 months...3 tablets a day...that night I injured myself
I upped my dosage to 6 tablets a day...3 in the morning and 3 at
night...just 2 days later I was moving my arm again and by the end

would like to say thanks for a great product. I have used it now for
2 years. I had suffered from very painful bone spurs in both heels
and getting out of bed in the morning was excruciating for the first
20 minutes. Walking during the day was just as painful. I saw a pediatrist
and had repeated cortisone injections in my heels but the relief was
only temporary and then they recommended surgery on my feet. I searched on Internet and found your product. I had immediate results and have been pain free in my feet for the last 2 years. | Coral Calcium prices have generally gone down, but TrueBlue has not. Why not? | ||||
| A | Almost all coral in America is impure. It is either gathered below sea by dredging up sand or above sea from the dirty powder that surrounds the giant coral rocks. We are the only company that actually hand selects the coral rocks only, cleans and grinds them so that you end up with full capsule of pure coral. It is easy sell a product that is 70% sand or granite for less money, but we believe your health deserves the extra work of selecting only pure coral rocks, cleaning them meticulously, and processing for purity and quality. | A | We have tried to make the two a complete multivitamin and multimineral, but there is simply not enough room to include essential fatty acids. You probably would do well taking a quality flax seed or hemp seed oil that contains your omega 3's and 6's. Also, if you don't eat enough veggies, take a good greens supplement such as Supreme Greens which we now offer. | |||
| Q | I saw a multivitamin advertised the other day that has over 100 ingredients and you only need to take 3 a day. Is it better than the Kitchen Sink? | |||
| A | Folks who create products like these are irresponsible marketers in our opinion. They appeal to the uneducated consumer by making them think they are getting a great deal but they are actually worthless because the dosage of each ingredient is so low it has no effect on humans. A much more sensible approach is to take the top 32 ingredients proven in clinical studies and include them at levels that have been proven to offer the greatest benefit as we have with the Kitchen Sink - even with 32 ingredients, it requires taking 6 capsules per day for useful dosing. | |||
